Pavel Smejkal has a long and broad experience in management positions within the important multinational companies. He has worked in various sectors of economy, including FMCG (Procter and Gamble, Nestlé/Danone, Tchibo), transport and logistics (DHL) and professional services (OKIN). In the leading managerial positions within these companies he was responsible for operations, sales and later on for division and company management. Pavel is a well-experienced manager with the ability to manage teams of a different sizes, content and focus.
In the role of Legal Executive of TOP recruitment, Pavel exploits his rich professional experience, especially his knowledge and practical experience from the different industry segments, i.e. Manufacturing, Trade and Services, as well as experience in process and team management.
Pavel has graduated at the Faculty of Finance at the Prague School of Economics. He is a native Czech speaker and is fluent in English.
Pavel has more than 16 years of experience in the management of prestigious international companies, mainly in the technical fields of the automotive and medical industry. He worked in companies such as Robert Bosch or Phillips Medisize (KOCH Industries) in leading positions in production, operations, engineering, customer service and logistic.
Pavel has been dedicated to personal development and the improvement of work and private relationships for more than 10 years. Pavel is a certified NLP practicioner and is active educated in Enneagram – dynamic typology of personality and is also dedicated to coaching and mentoring.
Pavel studied at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. In addition to his mother tongue Czech, is Pavel fluent in German and English.
Andrej hit the executive search area after long term experiences at managerial positions in sales, marketing, customer care, business development and operations. His activities in commercial, and also in public segment were mainly focused to IT, TelCo, marketing and services.
Andrej built up several successful teams in small businesses as well as in corporations. Decision to use experiences and contacts in personal consulting and executive search became the reality in 2015 and he was participating on highly specialized and top positions in several countries.
Andrej attended City University of Seattle and speaks fluent English.
Želmíra Schmidtová has more than 15 years professional experience in Professional Recruitment, Executive search and Human Resources consulting. Besides that she also brings experience from the in-company HR field.
Prior to joining Top Recruitment Želmíra spent more than 2 years with one of the international market leaders of beer production, SAB Miller in Slovakia, as an HR business partner for the commercial and logistics functions. Her professional career began in 2001 in a premier international executive search company with a strong presence in Central Europe. She worked as Consultant /Senior Consultant, specializing in placing middle and top management positions in Slovakia. In addition to general management, finance and production positions, she has substantial experience, and proven track record of successful placements of managerial positions in sales and logistic sectors.
Zelmira is a graduatefrom Comenius University in Bratislava majoring in English language.
Zelmira joined Top Recruitment at the beginning of 2013 with primary focus on the start up of activities on the Slovak market and on providing companies´ clients with a professional and individual approach in the field of Executive search and HR consulting.
